After baking for all of Franklin, TN, our client is ready to have her own personal space to bake delicious delicacies for her family and friends. This soon-to-be custom build home is a European-inspired farmhouse situated in the country of Ann Arbor’s west side. Our clients, relocating here from TN and former prominent Bakehouse owners, are inspired by the warm textures and amenities of European/northeast coast farmhouses, and want a multi-generational space that feels warm and inviting for their hosting desires. Tucked away on a private drive and surrounded by mature trees, this ranch will feature a welcoming front porch, a zero-entry outdoor kitchen patio space, and two main level primary suites in addition to guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
