Location, location, location! Our clients purchased this perfectly located lot in the heart of downtown Chelsea with the intent of building their forever home. From the very beginning, our clients knew exactly what they wanted aesthetically, but leaned on us to combine that vision with a functional lens. Intentional design is everything, especially in custom builds.
